About BADB

1. BADB aims to provide an amusing, educational and convenience service in which basic and generic information about 'drinking birds' can be found.
2. BADB provides a link to a third party website (eg Amazon, eBay) in which you can purchase drinking birds from any individual or online business.
3. To further clarify BADB does NOT actually sell any drinking bird stock. We simply provide a link to Amazon in which you may purchase drinking bird products.
4. The pictures and videos on BADB are for illustrative purposes only. Eg. to show visually what a drinking bird is.
5. BADB has tried to showcase the most popular model of drinking bird sold. When purchasing form the third party site you must ensure that you are purchasing the specific make, model, colour, etc. of the drinking bird you desire. You must not assume that because we have featured a picture or video on BADB that is the same make, model, colour, etc that you will be purchasing. Please simply check the product listing before purchasing.

Drinking birds are NOT a toy

1. BADB believes that DRINKING BIRDS ARE NOT A TOY. Drinking birds should NOT be left unsupervised especially around children. We have formed this belief after reading the packaging of various drinking birds. The packaging we have read states that drinking birds: contain small parts, are made of glass which may shatter, contain a nonflammable liquid called methylene chloride.
2. Drinking birds are leak proof but in the event that the glass breaks the liquid methylene chloride inside can irritate the skin on contact or the lungs if inhaled.
3. The internal liquid of most drinking birds is coloured and therefore proper care must be taken in the event of a breakage as the leaked liquid may cause the staining of fabrics and surfaces

Additional terms

1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the BADB service for any reason, without notice at any time.
2. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is accessed at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.
3. Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
4. BADB and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
